Continuous Quality Improvement
We are driven by our core beliefs to constantly strive for quality improvement in our employment practices, our business relationships and in our leadership role; by creating and sustaining both a personal and a company focus on the needs of our internal and external customers. Through our actions, we demonstrate a clear commitment to the company mission, values, goals and expectations that promote quality and performance excellence.
We integrate these systems by following four key themes:
Goal Setting
Begin with the end in mind. We follow a blue print of success strategies for facility services. By envisioning the end result we develop strong relationships with all involved to ensure we use the right sequence of processes, people and systems.
Processes
Emphasis is placed on ensuring that the entire workforce is informed and participates in the development of specific site location demands. The same team of individuals are assigned to a particular site to enhance the processes, identify specific requests, and maintain the quality expectations of our internal and external customer. If a negative result occurs, we identify and resolve problems quickly, with a sense of openness and partnership.
Focus
Strong leadership and commitment is displayed on every account. Employees are guided to achieve quality expectations. Less emphasis is placed on inspections and more emphasis is placed on providing resources and comparative information, coaching/feedback sessions. Everyone within the company is accountable for this benchmark.
Measure
Inspection (as the sole means) to improve quality is too late! Lasting quality comes not from inspection, but from improvements in the systems, processes and our people. We promote constancy of purpose and emphasize improving processes; the outcome changes as a consequence. But Inspect We Do!
