After founding PMUSA in 1976 and operating the company for three decades, Marie and Alex Dinverno now serve as advisors to the second-generation ownership and executive team. The couple started out cleaning facilities themselves and grew the company into one with nationwide sales and operations.
Having witnessed her parents’ tireless work ethic as a child, Rachel relies on her lifetime of industry experience to create and deliver solutions to PMUSA’s diverse customer portfolio. Rachel has grown PMUSA into one of the largest woman- and family-owned, custodial and facilities maintenance companies in the nation. Rachel is actively involved within the diverse supplier community and has been recognized for her leadership, inspiration to other women, and active role at the helm of PMUSA. She serves on the Women’s Business Council Southwest Certification and Sponsorship Committees and is the recipient of the 2013 Women Working Together Award, 2014 WBE of the Year, and 2015 WBE Star Award. Rachel enjoys spending time with family, traveling and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
Growing up in the family business, Jason’s experience includes hands-on facility maintenance, equipment and supply procurement, and operations management. He works with clients to deliver services that provide value, consistency and a safe building environment. He enjoys reading, learning, traveling and occasionally reliving the glory days of the ’85 Chicago Bears.
With a book on a beach she’s golden, and with a challenge on the table she’s dynamite. That’s right. Our CFO is a natural problem-solver and that’s just the way we like it. Driven by the excitement of crafting customer-centric solutions, Tamara has a passion for unraveling complex challenges. While her high-level experience in private equity and hospitality bring unique expertise to the table, it’s Tamara’s personable and empathetic leadership qualities that really steal the show. While our CFO loves what she does, she couldn’t imagine a better sequence of events than one of her children delivering a hat trick on the ice, while the other prepares to one day deliver an award-winning performance on Broadway.
He’s a master of operations. He’s a customer-centric industry expert who started as a Vacuum Tech 25 years ago. Today, John serves as PMUSA’s Senior Director of Operations and is a prime example of what you can accomplish with commitment and a determined work ethic. However, that doesn’t mean John doesn’t like to play. While nothing excites him quite like a bowl of Thai food and a New York Giants football game, it’s tossing around his four grand children and boating off the Gulf of Florida that really put a big smile on his face.
With more than a decade of experience in supply chain management, strategy implementation and IT systems integration, Mary brings a diverse skill set to PMUSA. Prior to joining our team, Mary oversaw business services and operations for multiple major restaurant chains. A confident self-starter, Mary embodies PMUSA’s dedication to delivering outstanding results. Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with her family.
Javier has nearly two decades of experience in the ever-changing world of human resources, both domestically and globally. This motivated leader understands that Prestige’s people are the foundation of its success. Because of that, every strategy he recommends is designed to not only meet business goals but also to reinforce Prestige’s culture and values. When he’s not tackling challenges at work, Javier likes to put his leadership and management skills to good use by volunteering with local nonprofits.
Our company color is blue, but Ron Stapleton certainly thinks green. Ron's passion for safety and sustainability has led to countless initiatives for PMUSA to contribute to a greener tomorrow. In addition, Ron oversees our company’s Customer Excellence team and manages quality audit inspections that provide valuable metrics for our customers. He is an active member of his church, where he participates in the music program as a pianist and vocal soloist. Ron is fluent in Spanish and serves in his community for those who speak English as a second language.
After attending Purdue University, John Mosier served in various management and leadership roles for U.S. companies. John joined PMUSA as a director of operations, but shortly thereafter, was promoted to senior director of operations. John looks forward to leading his team each day and working with PMUSA's ownership team. When he's not at work, he enjoys walking and spending time with his family.
PMUSA’s latest addition to its operations team is a driver of innovation with a passion for helping others succeed. With a degree in Computer Information Systems, Economics and International Business, Tim’s professional skillset is as multifaceted as his complex field of study. While Tim has diverse expertise as an IT, energy and building-services professional, it is his coveted trade of gardening, fishing and hunting that really puts a smile on the outdoorsman’s face. And sometimes—only sometimes—his Detroit Lions do the same.
Toni has put her accounting expertise and keen eye for detail to use in seven different industries during her varied career. Throughout it all, she has always believed that “it’s an honor to serve others,” and that attitude shines through at PMUSA. She is always striving to improve how financial information is presented and how assets are used and is an expert at finding the best, most efficient way to get things done. Outside of the office, Toni’s volunteer work is dedicated to making sure that kids have access to a quality education.
Ron jokes that he has been in the janitorial industry as long as there has been dirt to clean. He brings to the table more than 24 years of experience from the customer side of the business and more than eight years from the vendor side. With this combination, Ron is able to provide a well-rounded approach to managing our customers’ needs and relationships. His experience has also made him a creative, motivated problem solver with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Outside of work, Ron enjoys spending time with his family, his friends and his “fur babies.”
For Tim Potvien, customer service is built on a foundation of team unity, communication and operational excellence. Prior to joining our team at PMUSA, Tim served as general manager for a top home improvement retailer and as an executive team leader for a Fortune 50 retail brand known around the world. His experience in these roles demonstrates his business philosophy and the value he places on the customer. Tim is a Veteran of the United States Air Force, the Minnesota Air National Guard and is a graduate of Colorado Aero Tech. He enjoys sports, staying physically fit and volunteering as a caregiver. Tim's favorite vacation activity is cruising the Caribbean.
Norma brings to PMUSA nearly 20 years of experience in customer-facing leadership roles, working for small businesses and Fortune 100 companies. She believes that good character and integrity will take people further in life than talent alone ever will. Norma enjoys volunteering, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
Gardelia was a production, shipping and receiving manager, benefits manager, and HR Manager with a meat-processing firm before joining PMUSA as HR Supervisor. She believes cross-training employees makes it easier for a department to succeed. Gardelia’s hobbies include baking and dancing — but not necessarily at the same time.
Lisa is a graduate of North Park College in Chicago, and has nearly 10 years of experience in purchasing. She leads her team by ensuring good communication and says it's the people she works with every day that make her job so enjoyable. When she's not in the office, Lisa enjoys boating, NASCAR and spending time with family and friends.
