Our guiding principle is to provide results you can see.
Our guiding principle is to provide results you can see.

Mission

Since 1976, Prestige Maintenance USA has been providing visible, measurable results for both our customers and employees. To help us live up to our motto, “Providing Results You Can See,” we offer our clients:

  • Dedicated customer experience specialists
  • A secure online platform
  • Quality audits
  • Work-order management
  • Customized reporting

Values: The Three Rs

Every Prestige Maintenance USA employee — from executives to front-line employees — applies the Three Rs to their work every day:

  • Respect.
PMUSA will respect its employees, customers and the environments in which it does business.
  • Respond.
PMUSA will respond quickly and efficiently to its employees and customers on a daily basis.
  • Retain.

PMUSA will retain its employees and customers through a rewarding work environment that translates into consistent quality results and customer satisfaction.

Values: Social Responsibility

Prestige Maintenance USA provides janitorial and facilities maintenance services in hundreds of communities across the nation, and we are dedicated to improving and becoming part of each community where we work. Learn more about our philosophy on social responsibility as well as the many charity drives and volunteer days we have participated in.

Values: Sustainability

We put a high value on environmental sustainability and green cleaning. In fact, we are CIMS-GB (Green Building) certified with honors, a certification earned by less than 2% of cleaning firms.

CIMS, or Cleaning Industry Management Standard, which was developed by the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) in 2006 is perhaps the most widely known and comprehensive certification in the facilities maintenance and janitorial services arena. The association later developed the CIMS-GB (Green Building) component to meet the growing demand for LEED certification.

Values: Supplier Diversity

For us, supplier diversity is a strategic initiative and a key part of our community stewardship platform. Since we began tracking the numbers with the inception of PMUSA’s Supplier Diversity Program, PMUSA has spent nearly $3 million with more than 20 certified diverse-owned businesses all over the country. This includes businesses owned by minorities, women and veterans.
